Trade Logistics Agreements Trademarks Company

More than 30 years dealing with China. And since 2009, with an official mandate.

The Solanes family has worked with China's leading industrial rubber manufacturers since the early 1990s. Those long-term agreements, built on friendship and economic continuity, grew into joint ventures and investments in several factories and brought the family close to city halls and provincial governments, especially in Shandong province and in Beijing.

In November 2009 that cooperation became signed agreements with three Chinese institutions, and the China-Spain Trade Office, today OCCHE, was born. Since then we have promoted trade agreements between companies on both sides, with our own team in Barcelona and Qingdao and networks of institutional and private partners across the whole of China.

Our originsCreation and institutions

More than 30 years dealing with China. And since 2009, with an official mandate.

Three Chinese institutions, a single point of entry

OCCHE represents three official Chinese institutions in Spain. That representation is what opens doors, verifies counterparties and speeds up procedures that, from outside China, tend to be slow or opaque.

  • CCPIT

China Council for the Promotion of International Trade

China's official foreign trade promotion body, in charge of the major investment and international expansion projects of Chinese companies.

  • CIECC and CCOIC

China International Electronic Commerce Center, with the China Chamber of International Commerce

Together with the CCOIC, it gives access to the largest company database in China: the tool we use to verify factories and locate distributors.

  • FAO QINGDAO

Foreign Affairs Office of the Qingdao Municipal Government

Institutional counterpart for the Qingdao municipality and Shandong province, essential for smoothing administrative procedures with the various bureaus.

Contract with company seal, 100 yuan note and fapiao invoice: the documents of a company in China

Set up your own company in China

A company of your own in China (WFOE, joint venture or representative office) lets you invoice in yuan, hire local staff, import under your own licence and hold your trademarks and product registrations in your own name. It is the step that turns occasional exports into a stable presence.

OCCHE guides you through the whole process: choice of legal form, name reservation, registered capital, business licence, company seals, bank account and tax registration. With the support of the Foreign Affairs Office of the Qingdao Municipal Government and our own team on the ground, you know at every moment which stage your file is at.
