Feasibility study of the investment project and drafting of the strategies for its development: corporate structure (subsidiary, joint venture, acquisition), calendar, capital needs, regulatory framework in both countries, taxation and risks. For investments in China we review the negative list for foreign investment, the incentives of the chosen zone and the route to incorporate the company; for Chinese investments in Spain, the foreign investment authorisation regime and reporting obligations.

Full investment management: identification and sourcing of potential investors, negotiation support and deal closing. Thanks to our long-standing relationships with China's official bodies and our representation agreements with the CCPIT, the ACFIC and ZHONGKONG INTERNATIONAL ENERGY INVESTMENT, we reach state-owned companies, private groups and institutional investors interested in projects in Spain and Latin America. How can I find Chinese investors for my project?
By presenting it in the format and language they expect and getting it to them through the right institutional channels. OCCHE prepares the investment report and presents it to state-owned companies, private groups and institutional investors thanks to its representation agreements with Chinese institutions.
What do I need to invest in China as a foreign company?
Check that your sector is not restricted under the negative list for foreign investment, define the structure (WFOE, joint venture or acquisition), prepare the apostilled documentation of the parent company and incorporate the company. OCCHE covers the whole process.
Does OCCHE take a stake in the investment?
No. OCCHE acts as adviser and intermediary: it prepares the reports, identifies and introduces the investors, supports the negotiation and coordinates the closing, with fees agreed by phases.
