Knowing the factory's history and track record is the way to secure product quality and sound international trade practice before you make the first payment. When the order justifies it, the Qingdao team carries out an on-site audit visit.
Quality inspection before payment
Third-party inspection. Depending on your requirements, OCCHE's local team coordinates with internationally recognised inspection agencies (SGS, BUREAU VERITAS, LLOYD'S) or independent inspectors the on-site verification of the goods before you pay the full agreed amount: during-production inspection, random final inspection under the AQL standard and container loading supervision.
End-to-end logistics
Our network of logistics partners takes the import formalities off your hands: sea or air freight, insurance, customs clearance at origin and destination, duties and import VAT and final delivery. You know in advance the final landed cost of the goods at your door, not just the factory price.
Account management for regular purchasing
For regular, long-term operations with Chinese suppliers, OCCHE appoints an adviser for each project, responsible for negotiating and drafting the commercial agreements between your company and the factory and for handling day-to-day communications on enquiries, orders, technical changes or incidents. In practice, it is your purchasing department in China, in your language and on Chinese working hours.
